RentACNYC is a service of Novikov Studio LLC, a New York limited liability company. We design and operate the entire experience — from the booking flow to the install — for one city's quirks: casement windows, 5-floor walk-ups, building COIs, Local Law 57, Cool Homes for All.

I'm Andrey. I built RentACNYC because installing a window AC in NYC shouldn't require three phone calls, a callback, and a "sometime between 9 and 5" window.
NYC AC is uniquely hard: turn-of-the-century casement windows that don't fit standard units; 5-floor walk-ups where the install crew has to carry 60 lbs up the stairs; co-op boards that require a same-day Certificate of Insurance; the new Cool Homes for All law that will reshape the market by 2030.
Our first season is May–October 2026. We're starting small and visible: every booking gets my attention. If anything's off, you hear from me — not a ticket queue.
We're independent — no private equity, no HVAC conglomerate behind us. Decisions are made by the people who carry the units up the stairs.
