18K Window AC
Our largest single-window unit. The 18K BTU rating requires a 230V dedicated outlet — most NYC pre-war buildings have one in the kitchen or by the legacy radiator, but we will confirm during the install survey. If you don't have 230V available, we recommend two 10K units in separate rooms instead.
Highlights
- Cools full pre-war floor-throughs
- Requires a NEMA 6-15 (230V) outlet — we verify before install
- Bracket and heavy-duty mounting hardware included
- 24-month manufacturer warranty (vs 12-month on smaller units)

Maintenance during your rental
Nothing required from you, but two small tasks keep efficiency at spec:

- If you hear a new rattle or the cooling weakens, text us — we’ll swap the unit at no charge under the warranty pass-through.
